Funding global learning UW-Eau Claire has made promoting global learning a priorityof its strategic plan. The univeristy s committed to expanding study abroad opportunities, service-learning abroad and immersion experiences as well as bringing international students and scholars to campus and supporting iinternational cultural programs. The UW-Eau Claire Foundation seeks funding to support these global-learning efforts.
Douglas Georgianni Memorial Fund The Douglas Georgianni Memorial Fund as been established in memory of the UW-Eau Claire Women's Golf first coach to provide for the general needs of the women's golf team.. The fund will help support travel to competitions, travel to areas south of Eau Claire for spring training and equipment needs..
Faculty Fellowships The Faculty Fellowship Initiative is an effort to provide funding gifts for faculty fellowships for each department throughout the university. The fellowships will provide release time for faculty to do research, including collaboration with students, and/or to attend conferences or participate in other professional development opportunities.

The Future of Ice Campaign A community-wide partnership to renovate and expand Hobbs Ice Arena in Eau Claire has been undertaken. It will result in improved locker rooms, a weight training room, improved spectator seating and improved concessions for the UW-Eau Claire Blugold men's and women's hockey teams.
