If you click on the illustrations below, you can see the detailed architectural plans for both the first and second floor of the arena.

Hobbs proposed first floor plan (pdf)

The first floor plans detail the addition of men's and women's locker rooms at the back of the arena, the expanded entrance, concessions area, new changing rooms, offices and bathrooms. Storage space is also added.

The second floor plans shows where the new observation room and weight room will be located.
