Edith O'Connor Scholarship in French

The Edith O'connor Scholarship in French honors Dr. Edith O'Connor, Professor Emerita, of the Department of Foreign Languages at UWEC. Eligible candidates are majors or minors in French who have at least Junior standing and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The application deadline is April 1, and applications are available in the Department of Foreign Languages main office (HHH 378). All members of the French faculty review the applications and select a scholarship recipient, who is notified in the first week of May.

Vernon J. Gingerich Scholarship in French

Recipient must be accepted to the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Student must also be approved for a study abroad program in a native French-speaking environment.
