Current and future facilities projects at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire are a component of the university's master plan, developed with input from campus constituents and community members. The plan's development was guided by UW-Eau Claire's academic and strategic goals (as set forth in the Centennial Plan) as well as the university's values of stewardship and sustainability

Davies Student Center











New university student center

The new W.R. Davies Student Center opened in summer 2012, replacing the old W.R. Davies University Center, which opened in 1959. The old Davies Center site has become a green space that includes an amphitheater.

Centennial Hall

This project will replace UW-Eau Claire's obsolete Campus School/Brewer Hall facility.

former St. Bede's Monastery















Children's Center/Children's Nature Academy

The Children's Center, now renamed the Children's Nature Academy, relocated in spring 2012 from its former site in Campus School to the former St. Bede Monastery, located three miles south of the UW-Eau Claire campus. The monastery property was purchased Oct. 21, 2011, by a subsidiary of the UW-Eau Claire Foundation.
