- Facilities Planning and Management maintains a fleet of vehicles available for departmental use. Usage of these vehicles is limited to University business ONLY. See 2007-2008 Guidelines and Procedures for scheduling Fleet Vehicles. All vehicles are serviced and maintained by our Fleet Mechanic. See Vehicle Chargeback Rates for current vehicle usage charges.

To drive and use fleet vehicles requires a valid driver's license checked through the Office of University Police and a chargeable campus account. Drivers of 15 passenger vans must be at least 25 years old and have completed a van driving test. Call the Office of University Police at (715) 836-2222 to schedule your Van Test.
