Security/Damage Charges

Security

University Police and University Centers staff work to provide a secure environment for our patrons and guests. For major events, University Police assistance is secured. If your group requires a Police officer, please inquire at the time you make your reservation. Charges for security are paid directly to UW-Eau Claire from the organization.

Damage/Loss

Damage occurring in a room and/or loss of equipment during facility use will be charged to the group responsible for the reservation.
