Cancellation/No Show

If your reservation needs to be canceled, please contact the Event Services office 24 hours (one working day) in advance of your meeting time.

If no one shows up for a meeting and it has not been canceled by the department or organization, it is considered a "no show." The first no show results in a written warning. If a group receives a second no show, the department or organization has all of its privileges revoked for the remainder of the academic year.
