Dear Student Organization Member,

Dr. Jeff Erger and Kyle Zander in the department of Sociology at the University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire are conducting a study on student organizations. The purpose of this study is to better understand people's experience in these organizations. We would like to invite you to help us out in this project as a member of a student organization.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, and you can stop at any time. Participating or not will not affect your membership in the student organization nor any aspect of your university career. If you do participate, your name will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card, which one participant will receive. Additionally, one student organization that participates in the study will receive a $50 gift certificate to use to support their organizational activities.

This is the second of two surveys, and once you complete this your participation will be finished. You will need to log in to the application using your UWEC user name and password, and this information will be strictly confidential. After you have been entered in the drawing, all identifying information will be destroyed. If data from this study are presented or published, your identity will not be disclosed in any way, and all identifying characteristics will be withheld.
