Diversity Fellows Grant Program
The Office of Student Development and Diversity and the Network for Excellence in Teaching announce a new grant program designed to encourage and support the integration of diversity throughout the University's activities. This program will provide support to University employees who wish to integrate issues related to diversity into existing courses and activities. Projects can address the integration of content representing various aspects of human diversity into the curriculum. Projects can also include revision of current processes for greater inclusion and/or educating about social justice. Priority will be given to those projects addressing issues related to groups targeted in the second Phase of Plan 2008. These groups are African-American, American Indian, Hispanic, Southeast Asian, and low income students, faculty, and staff.
All employees of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire are eligible to apply for funding to support the purchase of materials/services, student research, teaching assistants, time release/reassignment or other creative activities.
