Welcome

From an informal morning coffee for ten people to an elaborate evening banquet for more than 650 guests, the Blugold Dining staff is available year-round to help plan your catered event.

Getting Started

Your first step is to contact the Event Services staff in room 103 of Davies Center to reserve the room facilities you need.

As a member of the Eau Claire Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, we can place the resources of Eau Claire's hospitality community at your disposal. We especially welcome non-profit organizations to consider the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire for weekend and summer meetings, conferences and conventions.

Your next step is to contact the Catering Director in the Blugold Dining office, in room 227 of Davies Center.

To assure the highest quality service, please notify us at least ten working days in advance for dinners, luncheons or large receptions. For small receptions, coffees or take out orders, five working days notice is requested. A guaranteed count is requested three days prior to the event for small groups, one week in advance for large groups.

The following pages give several ideas for your special event - but our service is by no means limited to what is listed. Please contact us for more information about our accommodations, prices and ways we can tailor our service to your special needs.
