Data and Report Finder

A listing of options for obtaining strategic and operational data at UW-Eau Claire can be found in the table below.

Much information is available in pre-formatted reports. Other data can be gathered from queries and individual record look-ups which allow you to enter your desired filters. If these options do not meet your needs, a data request form is available which allows you to request the specific data you need.

Options marked with ** require special security approval which can be requested via the MyBlugold CampS Access Request form or by contacting specific departments such as HR or University Accounting directly.

Note: Persons requesting access to student data need to ensure that they abide by the student privacy requirements of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act. Please see the Records and Registration Office FERPA site regarding procedures used throughout the University.
