Ms. Haley joined the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders as an academic staff member in the fall of 2003. She completed her baccalaureate degree in communication disorders at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and her master's degree in speech-language pathology, UW–Milwaukee. Before joining the department, she I provided speech and language services at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Hospital in Milwaukee, Waukesha County Schools in Brookfield, Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, for Eau Claire and Chippewa County Home Health programs, and as an independent contractor in our local area. She spends her time at the Center for Communication Disorders supervising our graduate student clinicians as they work with clients with acquired language and cognitive disorders, as well as clients seeking dialect reduction services. On a personal note, she recently became a grandmother.
