Exemplary service and simple solutions

Welcome to the Administrative Support and Knowledge Center. The ASK Center is comprised of seven units: the Firstsource team, University Accounting, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Human Resources, Budget and Resource Planning, and Risk Management and Safety. Our office is here to serve our faculty, staff and student employees across campus. If you have questions about forms, procedures or anything regarding your employment here — let us help you. Just ASK.

The Firstsource team is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and emails for the ASK Center's main contacts (36-3131 and askcenter@uwec.edu), and takes care of many of the tasks related to P and PT cards, travel reimbursements, on and off boarding of employees, orientation, cash advances, chair and ergonomic purchases, one-on-one training, relocation expense guidance, and more. The Firstsource supports the faculty, staff, and student employees of the campus in many ways, and refers them to subject matter experts for additional help as needed.
