Completed the First Undergraduate Collaborative Leadership cohort grounded in student-developed course experiences culminating in the Collaborative Leadership Tour to Madison
Delivered three student-lead leadership outreach programs to area schools and social agencies
Successfully completed the PI 34 Regional Collaboration to support transition to new licensure rules (UWEC, UW-Stout, Eau Claire Schools, CESA 10 and CESA 11)
Initiated the "Community Case Studies in Collaborative Leadership" project that earned a first place award in the Business and Professional Studies Division at the UWEC Student-Faculty Research Symposium
Supported development of a successful ESEA grant "M-Zone" developed by Dr. Joe Morin in the Department of Special Education
Secured a $59,000 grant to develop Collaborative Leadership Principles for infusion into COEHS programs and culture
Continued remodeling CS 107 including new paint, carpet, furniture
