The UWEC Center for Collaborative Leadership (CCL) provides faculty, students, and practitioners in the field of education opportunities to better understand issues and legislative imperatives at the forefront of schooling today and envision more just and productive practices in the schools of tomorrow.
We are committed to the belief that the long term success of a school, community or a society depends on active, collaborative leadership. Thus, the CCL will identify and secure resources to foster collaborative leadership among students, university faculty and staff, professional educators and administrators in the region, and regional agencies committed to the development of excellence in teaching and learning.
