COEHS Associate Dean Position Announcement

The COEHS Associate Dean Search and Screen Committee, chaired by Kris Retherford, and comprised of student representatives appointed by Student Senate Ashley Gonyo, CSD, and Morgan Hansen, MCEA; faculty La Vonne Cornell-Swanson, Jeff Janot, Carol Koroghlanian, Joe Morin, Kris Retherford; teaching academic staff member Rob Reid; and, Dean’s appointees Sherry Macaul and Margaret Cassidy, has posted the position announcement. Learning Opportunities

NET will launch two new Faculty Learning Communities in the 2005-06 academic year. The deadline to submit applications has been extended to Friday, September 30th in order to expand participation! Please see information regarding these programs below:

 

Learner-Centered Teaching Community:

Funded by a grant from the UW System Office of Professional and Instructional Development, the Learner-Centered Teaching Community will extend our campus Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) initiative into a third year. Diversity Fellows Grants Program:

Funded by the Office of Student Development and Diversity but facilitated by NET, the Diversity Fellows Grants will provide support to University employees who wish to integrate issues related to diversity into existing courses and activities. For more information on the Diversity Fellows Grants Program, and  for Diversity Fellows application materials, visit the NET website at: http://www.uwec.edu/net/home/
