Welcome New Faculty Members

Dr. Joseph Bonner, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Marketing

Dr. Bonner comes to UW-Eau Claire from Michigan State University. He will teach marketing technology and application and business to business marketing. Prior to getting his PhD., Dr. Bonner worked for Hewlett-Packard and IBM in various marketing and engineering positions. When he isn't teaching, he enjoys music, photography, running, and sports, especially ice hockey.

Professor Faye Kao, Assistant Professor of Marketing

Professor Kao joins the Department of Management and Marketing where she will teach marketing research and consumer behavior. She will complete her PhD in marketing from Baruch College in New York City this fall. Ms Kao, who is originally from Taiwan, worked for an advertising agency in Taiwan as an account executive and media buyer. She enjoys art, music and theatre and is excited about the many cultural activities available in Eau Claire and the Twin Cities.

College of Business Student Speaks at Commencement

Zhan Yi (Jennie) Chen, of Guangdong, China, was the student speaker at UW-Eau Claire Summer Commencement, held August 5 in Zorn Arena. Chen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA degree in marketing and a minor in management.
