COB Student to Intern in China
Eric Becker, a senior management major from North Mankato, MN, will intern with H&T International Transportation Ltd in Guangzhou, China this summer. Follow Eric’s adventures through his blog which will be posted on the International Business programs website

The American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) will hold their annual Convocation and Exposition May 16-20 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center located just outside of downtown Cincinnati. Attending from UW-Eau Claire are ACHCA student representatives Pat Senzig, Talia Aramalay, Jennifer Blasko and McKenzie Johnson along with Dr. Douglas Olson, associate professor of health care administration.

Student Research Project Wins Award
Daniel Rozumalski and Justin Huegel with mentors, Dr. Chuck Tomkovick (management, marketing) and Dr. Rama Yelkur (management, marketing), received second place in the category of Business and Professional Studies for The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs annual Student Research Day for their project titled, “Super Bowl Advertising Effectiveness: Is there a Return on Investment Based on Stock Market Data?”
