Accounting and Finance Department Names Scholarship Recipients

The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Department of Accounting and Finance has announced department scholarship recipients for the 2009-2010 academic year. Congratulations to the following students:

  • 3M Accounting Junior ($300): Wing-Yin Hui, senior accounting and finance student from Hong Kong
  • Accounting Faculty ($500): Kristen Wysocki, a junior accounting student from Almond, Wis.
  • Cargill ($500): Kevin Fawcett, a senior accounting student from Madison, Wis.
  • Albert Colianni, Jr. Accounting ($1,500): April Krumenauer, a senior accounting student from Chippewa Falls, Wis.
  • Deloitte Touche Accounting-Twin Cities ($400): Nick Goeman, a senior accounting and operations/materials management double major from Chippewa Falls, Wis.
  • Ernst & Young ($500): John Marchant, a senior accounting and business economics double major from Oregon, Wis.
  • Financial Management Association ($500): Michelle Noltner, a senior business finance student from Monona, Wis.
  • Heinrich-Dahlheimer ($300): Courtney Spangler, a senior accounting student from Stoughton, Wis.
  • Jelinek, Metz, McDonald ($1,000): Theresa Monpas, a senior accounting student from Chippewa Falls, Wis.
  • Craig Johnson ($1,000): Robert Spaeth, a junior business finance student from Birchwood, Wis.
  • LarsonAllen ($900): Leah Pitt, a senior accounting and business finance major from Chippewa Falls, Wis.

  • Packaging Corporation ($500): Rachel Proeber, a senior accounting student from Slinger, Wis.
  • Ray Petkovsek Accounting Excellence ($500): Nicole Danczak, a senior accounting and business finance student from Marshfield, Wis.
  • Suby, VonHaden & Associates ($750): Karen Vlach, a senior accounting student from Beaver Dam, Wis.
  • Charles Wnukowski ($500): Dustin Follen, a senior accounting and business finance double major from Marshfield, Wis.

Scholarship recipients and donors will be recognized at the College of Business Scholarship Luncheon, Friday, December 4, 2009 from 12 noon – 1:30 pm in the Davies Center Tamarack Room.
