Free Tech Support Offered for Fall 2009 Laptop Requirement

Beginning Monday, March 23, Information Systems students will provide free laptop technology support located in Schneider Hall Lobby on Mondays from 5:00 – 7:00 pm and Thursdays from 9:00 – 11:00 am. Students will provide assistance to help ready computers for the fall 2009 requirement.

Get help:
• Connecting to wireless
• Loading software needed for class
• Downloading software off MSDN:AA

Tech support WILL NOT help with:
• Spyware/virus removal
• Hardware problems/troubleshooting
• Issues involving non-class related software
