Gerald Kollross, a December 2006 graduate, was named the 2007 Outstanding MBA Student by the College of Business graduate faculty.
Kollross completed his undergraduate work at UW-La Crosse in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. After graduation, he went on to positions with the American Printing Company, Golf USA International Headquarters, and Innomark Communications.
In 1998, Kollross started his own company, Top Golf Products L.L.C., which sells golf event programs and products to corporate customers including Pepsi Cola, American Family Insurance, Coors, Nokia and Lipton. Today, his company earns over $500,000 in annual revenues. In addition to being the president of his own company, Kollross is an adjunct instructor for UW-Stout and the UW-Eau Claire head swim/dive coach.
