Nicholas Anderson, Anoka, Minn., has been awarded a Carl and Eloise Pohlad Scholarship for the 2005-06 academic year.
The scholarship is given to an incoming full-time freshman from Minnesota who intends to major in accounting and work in the profession after graduation. Recipients are chosen on the basis of academic achievement, class rank and entrance examination test scores.
Anderson is a graduate of Anoka High School and the son of Jerry and Jody Anderson.
