UW-Eau Claire Freshman from Berlin To Receive 3M Accounting Scholarship


Gretchen Mauel, Berlin, has been awarded a 3M Accounting Scholarship for the 2005-06 academic year. Mauel will attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire this coming fall.

The scholarship is awarded annually to an incoming full-time freshman planning to major in accounting at UW-Eau Claire and work in the profession upon graduation. Selection is based on academic achievement, national test scores, and school and community leadership and service.

Mauel attended Berlin High School and is the daughter of Peter and Teresa Mauel.
