Paul Treml Named Outstanding Undergraduate Business Student

Paul Treml, a senior business student from Fond du Lac , Wisconsin , was voted Outstanding Undergraduate Business Student by the College of Business faculty and staff.

Paul will graduate May 2005 with a double major in operations/materials management and marketing. His academic adviser is Dr. Tim Vaughan.

Active in several student organizations, Paul was president of Phi Beta Lambda, and vice president of APICS, the Association for Operations Management. He has participated in two internships - a marketing communications internship with P&H Mining Equipment where he assisted in the development of product literature for international markets, and a materials co-op with Harley-Davidson where he helped develop a plan for the movement of materials from an old facility to a new one.

Paul will be recognized by the UW-Eau Claire Alumni Association at the Outstanding Student Luncheon, which will be held May 11, 2005 in the UW-Eau Claire Davies Center .
