Congratulations to Jack Hoggatt, recipient of the Thomson South-Western Publishing Gold Book Award

Jack HoggattJack Hoggatt, Assistant Dean of the College of Business and Business Communication department chair, was presented the Gold Book award by Karen Schmohe, Vice President, Thomson South-Western Publishing, on Saturday, October 15, 2005 in the Kirkland Room of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Hoggatt received the award for Century 21 Computer Applications and Keyboarding, a book he co-authored with Jon A. Shank, Ed. D., Professor of Education, Robert Morris College, Coraopolis, PA. The book, which is published by Thomson South-Western Publishing, is in its eighth edition.

Thomson South-Western Publishing presents a Gold Book award to authors who have sold one million copies of a publication.
