Theresa Wells teaches in the Operations Management area. She is known for her involvement in both the Indianhead professional chapter and UW-Eau Claire student chapter of APICS.

Having obtained CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) status herself, Theresa teaches a CPIM review course every year. Through her efforts, many UW-Eau Claire students have earned this certification prior to graduation.

In 2004, Theresa was awarded the APICS National Student Mentor Award which is given annually to members who demonstrate outstanding commitment to students and the society. That same year, she was the recipient of the UW-Eau Claire Excellence in Advising award.
