Dr. Kristy Lauver's expertise is in the Strategic Management field. She teaches the core business course MGMT 449 (Strategic Management) multiple times each semester. To engage her students she continues to develop additional class activities and work on hands-on communication with companies to apply the concepts. Dr. Lauver brings field work experience from both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations allowing additional application and discussion of the course concepts in more "practical" settings. Dr. Lauver has award winning research examining organizational behaviors across over fifty organizations in multiple industries. Dr. Lauver also has consulting experience and continues to do research on-site with organizations, keeping her updated with current organizational issues.
