Minneapolis-based Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in December announced that Angela Samargia, a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneur Program, was recently promoted to property manager within the company's Real Estate Management Services division.
Presently Samargia works with management of approximately 945,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail properties in the Twin Cities and outlying areas. Her duties include collections of tenant's accounts receivables, budgeting and financial analysis, monthly reporting and construction management as well as assisting with tenant relations programs.
Samargia has served a variety of clients including Baceline Investments, Napa Auto Parts, Whirlpool and St. Jude Medical. She is a member of IREM, BOMA and the Downtown Action Network. In 2008, she became a LEED Accredited Professional through the Green Building Certification Institute as part of the U.S. Green Building Council.
