Several times a week- 1 to 1 sessions, and group meetings.
What is your philosophy on mentoring/supervision?
At this juncture, the student should be independently driving their experience; I see my role as encouraging the student to take risks and seize opportunities, taking time to reflect on learning together and offer support and ideas.

A very diverse campus with an array of community based services including a wellness center and Studio of Arts. Opportunity to interact with other Ecumen sites.
