I believe in situational leadership- adapting to the need of the employee

How do you encourage the student's growth?
Allowing to experience, coach, and mentor various aspects

What else should practicum students expect from you or from their overall experience at your facility?
We offer a wide range of experience from IL to LTC. We have 80 beds of TCU, and 40 beds of secure memory care. We have a great team and passion for enhancing our care and services. We provide a learning environment- ample hands- on practice to develop leadership and managerial skills.
