Jennifer Johs-Artisensi, PhD

Dr. Johs-Artisensi, a Twin Cities native, completed her undergraduate work at Augsburg College in Minneapolis. After working for HealthPartners in Bloomington, she moved to North Texas where she completed a Master in Public Health and a PhD in Health Psychology/Behavioral Medicine at the University of North Texas. Her course of studies reflected a strong emphasis in health care administration and managed care.

She arrived in Eau Claire from the east coast where she was completing a clinical internship at Fletcher Allen Health Care/University of Vermont in a variety of settings including acute care, rehabilitation, and nursing homes.

Douglas Olson, PhD

Dr. Olson received his degree in health services administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration with a dual minor in Management and Aging Studies.

He has over 15 years of experience in health care leadership, working and consulting with various types of health care organizations. Dr. Olson has direct administrative experience as the executive of a multi-service campus offering skilled nursing facilities, board and care, assisted living, adult day services, adult foster care homes and numerous other community services. He was also involved in direct leadership roles with turnarounds of two facilities in Minnesota.
