Online Classes

Online Classes

Never taken an online course? Don’t worry. Online classes are similar to traditional college courses in many ways. You have an instructor, classmates, course discussion, textbooks, assignments, quizzes, and tests.

The difference? Everything is done online. You are able to access lecture notes, reference materials, and assignments. Your presence in the course will be apparent only if you add to discussions and do the online assignments. It is crucial that you keep up-to-date by reading all lecture materials and posted comments before participating in the online discussions.

We have put together a sample online class to help you better see what an online class is like. You can log in as often as you want, and spend as little or as much time as you need to look at the course. Follow these three simple steps to access the course:

  1. Click here to go to the sample course log in page
  2. Log in using the following information:
    Username: essentials.guest
    Password: blugolds
  3. Select Essentials Demo Course from the My Courses area
