    • Dr. Raymond K. Hughes

      Director

      Dr. Hughes has been a member of the UW-Eau Claire faculty since 2001. He was name as the Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneur Program Director in May 2003.  As the director, he brings 25 years of business experience to the program having owned and sold several small businesses over the years. Holding degrees in both finance and law, Dr. Hughes has worked with many business owners dealing with both legal and financial matters. Dr. Hughes is deeply connected to the Eau Claire business community. He is currently serving his second term as a member of the Eau Claire City Council.

    • Dr. Todd J. Hostager

      Dr. Todd J. Hostager is the Associate Director of the Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneur Program, Director of the Small Business Institute, and a Professor of Management at the UW-Eau Claire. His teaching interests in the Entrepreneur Program include creativity and idea generation, intrepreneurship, and leading edge venture options. In collaboration with Dr. Ronald Decker, and others, Dr. Hostager has published articles on environmental entrepreneurship, outsourcing options for entrepreneurs, and the impacts of the Entrepreneur Program on achievement motivation. Dr. Hostager received his Ph.D. in Strategic Management and Organization from the University of Minnesota.

    • Dr. Chuck Tomkovick

      Dr. Tomkovick is a professor in the Management and Marketing Department and teaches guerrilla marketing techniques in the Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneur Program. He has received awards for teaching excellence at both Texas A&M and UW-Eau Claire.

      A practicing attorney for more than 30 years, Dr. Steiner brings real life law experiences into the classroom, while maintaining strong ties with the business community.

    • Dr. William A. Ogden

      Dr. Ogden teaches the Accounting component of the Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneur Program.  As a professor in the Accounting and Finance Department, Dr Ogden teaches upper-level finance courses in addition to his contributions to the Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneur Program.
