The Dennis L. Heyde Entrepreneurship Program “core” courses are taken during the student’s senior year after completing the BUSCORE and other required coursework. The courses cover a variety of topics in entrepreneurship and culminate with the production of a viable business plan. The program is designed on a modular team-teaching basis which allows faculty from various departments to instruct in the areas of their interest and expertise.
Experiential learning is combined with academic preparation in all modules. Modules are project-driven with mentors and faculty available to students throughout the development of feasibility studies, projects, mentor experiences, and business plan.
