The demand for leadership skills is stronger than ever as organizations are getting leaner and expecting employees to assume leadership roles at all levels of the organization. Students who develop their leadership skills and learn more about how to effectively apply these skills in a variety of business settings will have a competitive advantage in the job market.

To meet this need, the Department of Management and Marketing offers a Leadership Certificate that is awarded to students who complete additional leadership courses and demonstrate leadership. Completion of the certificate is noted on the student’s transcript.
