Mary HoffmanA message from Chair Mary Hoffman ...

Greetings alumni and welcome to the first issue of The CJ Bridge, our electronic alumni newsletter. As all of you know, the worlds of communication, journalism and mass communication grow more digital each day. In keeping with our efforts to educate students to take their place in the contemporary worlds of communication and journalism, it is a natural step to move to an electronic newsletter. This first newsletter resulted from the journalism capstone project of Dana Kastenson who graduated in May 2009. Dana selected content, wrote much of the initial copy and designed both navigation and the aesthetics of the page. We hope that future newsletters will allow us to feature the work of additional CJ students.
