Welcome Applicant

1. If you are a first time applicant user of this web site, you should click the 'programs' link, locate a program to which you would like to apply or request information, and click on the 'Apply Now' button of the program brochure.
2. You will be asked "Are you currently a registered user at UWEC with UWEC login credentials?"
3. Click ‘YES’, since you are a student at UWEC. 
4. Choose the term for which you wish to submit an application. 
5. You will be prompted to login to the site using your UWEC username and password

1. To access your account and login once you have already created an account, please use the use the "Login" link at the top left hand side of the studioabroad website.

2. Remember that non-UWEC students are only able to apply to the following programs: Central European Travel Seminar (Summer), Costa Rica Nursing and Health Care Professions (Summer), Costa Rica Study Abroad (Spring), Nicaragua/Costa Rica (Fall).
   
3. On the program page you have selected click on the ‘apply now’ button. 
4. You will be asked "Are you currently a registered user at "UWEC with UWEC login credentials?. Click ‘no’ and then submit 
5. You will be asked “Have you received your login credentials already via email? Click no, and submit.
6. Fill out the new user form and then create account. We recommend that you use your campus email address for your username. Login Information will be sent with a temporary login and password from studyabroad@uwec.edu , Subject line: UWEC Center for International Education Web site.

Click on the „General non-UWEC login? link, either from the email you received or at the following website: http://www.uwec.edu/CIEStudioAbroad/index.cfm?FuseAction=Security.Login Under the non-UWEC login enter your username (your entire email address) and password that was sent to you in the email.
   
2. You will be prompted to change your password. Your username will be the email address you used to register. On your homepage click „search programs?
   
3. From the list of programs, choose the program that you wish to apply for.
