The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's College of Business has created a new program with the Business Program at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPU). This program is only available to students in the College of Business.
As a UW-Eau Claire student at HKPU, you will be immersed in the life of a Hong Kong student. You can choose from business courses offered on campus that semester, along with one or two other courses from different departments.
To learn more about the program, take a look at the article UW-Eau Claire featured on their website, about a previous student's time at HKPU.
HKPU is located in right in the heart of Hong Kong with easy access to key districts and major attractions. It is the gateway to the Chinese mainland.
Hong Kong has a unique history and has seen a large growth in the business world. It is a compact city and it is very easy to get around with its well developed public transportation and bilingual signage.
HOUSING & MEALS
Housing is arranged through HKPU's student residence halls. On campus accommodations are guaranteed for UW-Eau Claire students. All rooms are furnished with a shared bathroom between two adjacent rooms. Each room is also air-conditioned and has internet access.
There are no meal plans on campus and each meal is purchased separately. There is a variety of dining choices both on campus and off campus. HKPU is located in the city center so there is always access to a variety of restaurants or cafes.

Students will be required to attend an orientation upon their arrival to Hong Kong. This orientation will assist in acclimating students to campus and the city. Throughout the semester the residence halls and international office on campus plan events and outings for students.
You will be assigned a buddy who is a current HKPU student and they will be able to share their student experiences and give you support.
The International Student Association at HKPU also plans international themed events and offers occasional trips to outlying Hong Kong Islands.
