THE PROGRAM
UW-Eau Claire will begin sending students to Rotterdam during the 2011-2012 academic year.
Your host in the Netherlands is the Rotterdam Business School (RBS), a Dutch university where you will take classes with Dutch and other international students. RBS is known for its strong business offerings. Education at RBS is very student focused and practice-driven. You may study in Rotterdam during the full academic year or during the spring semester.
Rotterdam is the largest port in the world, the second city and the industrial heart of the Netherlands and the economic, social and cultural center of the Rijnmond ('Rhine Estuary') region. In addition, Rotterdam is a city of modern architecture, events, leisure and recreation. More than one million people from 162 countries live in the Rotterdam region.
THE LOCATION
RBS is located in the heart of Rotterdam. With a student population of 28,000 students, you will experience very individualized attention, close staff/student collaboration, and good access to support facilities such as computer labs and the library.

HOUSING & MEALS
You will live in residence halls arranged by the RBS that are 10-15 minutes away from the university. These residence halls are fully furnished, and there are Dutch and other international students living in the buildings as well. You'll cook your own meals in the apartment kitchens or eat at one of several campus cafeterias.
