How to Apply
There are three types of applications: one for UW-Eau Claire programs, one for the ISEP Direct* programs, and one for Non-UW-Eau Claire students - each has different application requirements.

Steps to Apply
  1. Locate your program of interest in our program search.
  2. Click the ‘apply now’ button within the program brochure page to create an online application profile and follow the instructions.
  3. Complete the instructions for each of the application items in your online profile.
There are four types of documents that you will deal with during the application process.  The first type you will bring to the CIE; the other three are completed and submitted online:
  1. Material submissions, such as an unofficial transcript, which you submit directly to the CIE. You should bring these in person to the CIE.
  2. Signature Documents, such as the UW-System Release, that you read and “sign” electronically online.
  3. Applicant Questionnaires, such as the personal statement, that you complete and submit online.
  4. Reference Request:  you will request an electronic reference.  Click here for instructions. Not all programs require a reference. Some programs require an interview.
