Comments
Sweden was extremely beneficial to my understanding of other cultures. Very few U.S. students study in Växjö so I met people from all over the world. Academic life is very balanced, with time to complete your studies and enough time to travel and explore.-Nathan, past participant
Sweden is a beautiful place with so much to offer-anything from the outdoors to the typical Swedish culture-it is all so welcoming and enjoyable. -Sara, past participant
This
was a great program that exposes you to another culture. It
is easy to meet other exchange students and you are sure to
walk away with friends from all over the world.
Corey, past participant
It was easily the most rewarding experience I have ever had.
I now have friends all over the world, and beyond that I have
a perspective of the world from a different place which is
simply invaluable.
Hannah, past participant
Växjö is a very diverse university, and because
of this I have had the chance to meet not only a lot of Swedish
students, but students from all over the world. This university
and experience has enriched my education in ways I could not
have imagined before I came over here. Therefore, I would
recommend this program, or any other, to any student who was
interested. Scott, past participant
There's really not any way to simply sum up my experience.
Like one of my friends has said, "same same, but different."
There are a lot of things that are the same in Sweden, but
at the same time there are so many things that are different;
and that's what makes it an experience. If I had to use one
word, it'd be awesome! Gretchen,
past participant
