Imagine taking a biology course in Australia, learning how marketing is done in Sweden, or using your Spanish 24-7 in Costa Rica.
On an academic fieldtrip, you might visit a 2,000 year-old Roman aqueduct in Spain, a Buddhist temple in Thailand, or a game reserve in South Africa.
During your free time, you could hop a train to Tokyo, go hiking in the Pyrenees, or volunteer in an orphanage in Mexico.
Sound too good to be true? It isn’t. Each year a record number of UW-Eau Claire students live and study in other parts of the world, where they earn UW-Eau Claire academic credit and immerse themselves in another culture. Many programs require no previous foreign language study, and most financial aid applies.
