STUDENT COMMENTS
Scotland is a fantastic place to be and Stirling offers you the best of both worlds. It is nestled into the foothills that eventually become the highlands so you're exposed to unbelievable nature, and you're only a 40 minute train ride from Edinburgh and Glasgow. -Spring 08 student
With large city centers and some of the last authentic wilderness in Europe, Scotland truly offers the best of both worlds. The people are proud of their heritage and embrace their rich culture and history, but they are always more than willing to welcome newcomers and to lend a hand if necessary. If you're willing to go out and experience Scotland, you'll find it impossible not to be immersed in the culture. -Spring 08 student
Without a doubt, Scotland is the best thing that has happened to me. In the past semester, I have been given the chance to delve into new cultures and meet new people. I am completely in awe of the opportunities that have been given to me. The experiences and memories I have gained will be cherished and remembered for the rest of my life. I am already looking forward to returning to this (new) home I have fallen in love with. Cheers! -Annelise
