A key feature of the ISS is the out-of-class study. The content will vary depending on the module but options include visits to the Scottish Parliament, Loch Lomond and the Tossachs National Park, Eilean Donan Castle and readings at the Macroboerts Arts Center. These fields trips are also open to those not signed up for the course and are included in the program fee. A number of additional experiences to the major Scottish attractions will also be offered.
