Student Life

Getting involved in and around Harlaxton Manor is easy. Join a residence life or student government committee, or help create the yearbook for your group. You can also get involved in intramural sports Basketball at Harlaxton (volleyball, basketball, soccer). Harlaxton students often play against students from the British high schools and universities in the area, as well as the Harlaxton staff.

TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES
Part of Harlaxton's unique academic strength is seeing firsthand the places you are studying. Two local field trips are included in the required British Studies course. Weekend and vacation travel is organized at additional cost. Typical destinations include London, Bath, Paris, Edinburgh, Cambridge, Ireland, and Rome.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Connect with a local family through the Meet-a-Family program; there are also volunteer opportunities if you are motivated.
