The Program

STUDY IN SCOTLAND!
This exciting new program is a consortium of six universities, three in Wisconsin and three in Scotland. Partner universities include the University of Aberdeen, University of Glasgow, University of Stirling in Scotland, and UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse, UW-Stout in Wisconsin.

THE LOCATION
Aberdeen is a thriving city of 200,000. With excellent museums, great concert venues, and a vibrant nightlife, the city offers something for everyone. And its location--on the coast, at the confluence of two rivers, and near the Cairngorm Mountains guarantees both spectacular scenery and incredible opportunities for those who love the outdoors.

THE UNIVERSITY
Founded in 1495, the University of Aberdeen is the third oldest university in Scotland and the fifth oldest in the U.K. With a student population of 13,000, Aberdeen offers nearly 90 majors in three Colleges: Life Sciences & Medicine, Physical Sciences, and Arts & Social Sciences. HOUSING & MEALS
At Aberdeen, you will stay in one of the Hillhead Halls, a group of residences, with a range of services provided, and a corresponding range of costs. You can choose between "catered accommodation," which comes with a meal plan or "self-catered", which means you have access to a kitchen where you cook your meals.
