Application Deadlines

The application process will occur early each semester on October 1 and March 1. The deadline for submission on these dates will be noon. If these dates fall on a weekend, then the application deadline will be set on the preceding Friday before October 1 or March 1.

Required Application to Program Forms

Each student will be responsible for downloading the necessary forms for the application process. Students eligible for admission will be required to prepare and submit the following materials as outlined in Gate 1 Criteria for Admission to MCEA Program Chart (see MCEA handbook):

These forms can also be found in the online MCEA handbook (http://www.uwec.edu/ci/).

Students’ names should appear on the file folder and the required forms, but not on the narratives.

NOTE: It is the student's responsibility to monitor his/her own eligibility for application to program.

Students who are overseas during the semester in which they apply should prepare their application materials in advance and make arrangements for submitting them to the C&I office by the date and time specified.
