UW-Eau Claire Players

Various locations

Throughout the Viennese Ball

The UW-Eau Claire Players is a student organization that provides opportunities for participation in theatre outside of the regular UW-Eau Claire theatre season.  Participants have the opportunity to write, direct, perform and design. The Players also help promote University productions and hold workshops. The Players are “living statues” — mime artists who pose like a statue or mannequin, usually with realistic statue-like makeup, sometimes for hours at a time. The art requires great patience and physical stamina.
