TV Advertisements

Departments & Student Organizations

Advertisements are limited to special departmental and organizational announcements. Weekly meeting notices shall not be accepted.

Advertisements cannot be posted for more than five (5) consecutive days. You may only run one advertisement at a time.

Allow at least 3 to 5 days after ad submission for processing.

Instructions:

Submit items for posting by following these steps:

1. Send an email to Jim Brockpahler, brockpja@uwec.edu.
2. Attach an image or place advertisement content in body of message.
   • Content Type (choose one):
     • Plain Text:
       Content can be submitted as plain text. Limit text to 30 words or less. The system default font will be used.
     • Single Image:
       To keep your advertisements looking as best as possible content should be created in a “4:3” aspect ratio
       (640 pixels wide x 480 pixels high)
       Image formats: .BMP, .GIF, .ICO, .JPG, .PNG, .TIF, .TIFF
3. Please clearly indicate the Start: _______ and End: ______ dates for your advertisement.

Advertisements must meet the requirements set forth in the campus Promotional Materials Policy.
