TV Advertisements

Departments & Student Organizations

Advertisements are limited to special departmental and organizational announcements. Weekly meeting notices shall not be accepted.

Advertisements cannot be posted for more than five (5) consecutive days. You may only run one advertisement at a time.

Allow at least 3 to 5 days after ad submission for processing.

Instructions:

Submit items for posting by following these steps:

1. Send an email to Deb Klossner, klossndl@uwec.edu.
2. Attach an image ready for uploading:
• The image should be created in a landscape “4:3” aspect ratio
  (i.e. 640 pixels WIDE by 480 pixels HIGH).
• Accepted image formats are: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .TIF
3. Please clearly indicate the Start and End dates and times for your advertisement.

Advertisements must meet the requirements set forth in the campus Promotional Materials Policy.
