Summer Institute

University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education is pleased to announce our annual summer enrichment classes for students in the Chippewa Valley. In partnership with area school districts and youth organizations, we’re offering a wide array of learning opportunities for your kids this summer!

We’ve made some exciting changes to our Summer Program Schedule!

Registration
Tips

  • Complete a separate registration form for each child.
  • Print extra Summer Registration forms.
  • Rank your child’s top three class choices where applicable.
  • Registrations are entered in the order received. Classes fill quickly, so register early!

Summer Institute is for K-5th grade students only. We’ve added a brand NEW program, Brain Blasters, designed just for your 6th-8th grade students. Brain Blasters will be held in the middle schools in both Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. Classes in both programs will be held during the mornings only.

HOW TO REGISTER

Please include all materials fees with your child’s registration. You will be billed later for any remaining balance. We accept payment by cash, Visa or Master Card, check or money order. Please make payable to UW-Eau Claire.

WALK-IN

Walk-in registrations can be taken from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at UW-Eau Claire Continuing Education, 210 Water Street, Eau Claire.

FAX-IN

Fax your registration form to 715/836-5263. We can accept only Visa or Master Card payments with faxed registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds will be given when classes are cancelled or filled and your child is unable to register. Refunds less the materials fees will be given if a student withdraws from a class in writing on or before June 1, 2008. To discuss withdrawal from a class, please call Barb Severson at 715-836-5745. No refunds will be given if a student withdraws from a class after June 1, 2008 or is asked to leave the program for disciplinary reasons.
